Well in order to become fit, one has to follow a healthy lifestyle – eating right (not less), moving well (your favorite ones), maintaining good sleep, managing stress, etc. All these will be covered as a part of the program by KD!

You can stick to your home food to achieve fitness. If your medical practitioner has subscribed specific supplements due to deficiencies, you can go ahead with it.
